Service Description

This new offering is an invigorating blend of core exercises and dynamic stretching to sweet tunes! This class will incorporate bands and blocks to spice it up and create a challenging and sweaty workout! By focusing on our core, we'll cultivate strength, stability, and mobility, allowing ourselves to reach new heights of fitness and well-being. You will to be challenged in new and exhilarating ways, pushing your limits and discovering the incredible potential within you. This class is designed to complement your other activities, helping you enhance your overall performance and achieve your goals with even greater success! At the end of every class we will chill out and enjoy some slow paced stretching and relaxation!

Cancellation Policy

All of our individual classes can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. We completely understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances occour that may require you to cancel a class later or no-show. We are flexible and understanding of these situations; please email us at jessy@thesweatproject.ca If you have signed up for and paid for a multi week series of classes, there is no refund for any classes you miss. Cancellations made outside of our 24 hours cancellation window: Drop In - If you cancel within 24 hours you will forfeit your payment, cash & email transfers, you will owe the sum of the class. 10 Packs - One class will be deducted from your package.
