Recover, rejuvenate, and restore your body. Specifically designed for those seeking post-workout relief and deep restoration, this class combines the healing power of massage technique using yoga balls, fascial maneuvers, and gentle stretching. You will be guided through a series of movements and stretches that target tight muscles and release tension stored in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding your muscles. Through gentle yoga poses and mindful breathwork, you will gradually unwind and increase flexibility, improving your overall range of motion. Experience the welcome release of physical and mental stress, as the class focuses on promoting physical relief and soothing sore muscles. Whether you are an athlete looking to recover from intense workouts or simply seeking a gentle yet effective way to restore your body.

Cancellation Policy

All of our individual classes can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. We completely understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances occour that may require you to cancel a class later or no-show. We are flexible and understanding of these situations; please email us at jessy@thesweatproject.ca If you have signed up for and paid for a multi week series of classes, there is no refund for any classes you miss. Cancellations made outside of our 24 hours cancellation window: Drop In - If you cancel within 24 hours you will forfeit your payment, cash & email transfers, you will owe the sum of the class. 10 Packs - One class will be deducted from your package.
