Service Description

This class is the ultimate combination of cardio and strength training! Join our class that offers the perfect blend of these two essential components of fitness. Get ready to spend half of the class on our state-of-the-art Stages indoor cycle bikes, elevating your heart rate to energizing beats! The other half of the class will be dedicated to full-body strength training, where we'll make use of kettlebells, bands, and blocks to create an enjoyable and dynamic workout. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and achieve your fitness goals!

Cancellation Policy

All of our individual classes can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. We completely understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances occour that may require you to cancel a class later or no-show. We are flexible and understanding of these situations; please email us at jessy@thesweatproject.ca If you have signed up for and paid for a multi week series of classes, there is no refund for any classes you miss. Cancellations made outside of our 24 hours cancellation window: Drop In - If you cancel within 24 hours you will forfeit your payment, cash & email transfers, you will owe the sum of the class. 10 Packs - One class will be deducted from your package.
