This full-body strength workout combines kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to build muscle, enhance endurance, and improve overall fitness! You can expect a thoughtfully planned out workout paired with an amazing playlist! Join us every Friday in August as we launch our newest class to the schedule. The perfect start to your weekend!!

Cancellation Policy
All of our individual classes can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. We completely understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances occour that may require you to cancel a class later or no-show. We are flexible and understanding of these situations; please email us at jessy@thesweatproject.ca If you have signed up for and paid for a multi week series of classes, there is no refund for any classes you miss. Cancellations made outside of our 24 hours cancellation window: Drop In - If you cancel within 24 hours you will forfeit your payment, cash & email transfers, you will owe the sum of the class. 5, 10 and 20 Packs - One class will be deducted from your package. Please be aware that passes are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
