Service Description

Power Pilates at The Sweat Project is where your Pilates practice gets leveled up. Designed for anyone who’s been moving with us for a while and is ready for a bit more challenge, this class brings stronger flows, deeper core work, and that signature Sweat energy you know and love—great music, good vibes, and a full-body burn. It’s still Pilates at its core, just with more intensity layered in. Every movement comes with options, so whether you’re here to push yourself or take things at your own pace, you’ll feel supported, included, and challenged in all the right ways.

Cancellation Policy

All of our individual classes can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. We completely understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances occour that may require you to cancel a class later or no-show. We are flexible and understanding of these situations; please email us at jessy@thesweatproject.ca If you have signed up for and paid for a multi week series of classes, there is no refund for any classes you miss. Cancellations made outside of our 24 hours cancellation window: Drop In - If you cancel within 24 hours you will forfeit your payment, cash & email transfers, you will owe the sum of the class. 5, 10 and 20 Packs - One class will be deducted from your package. Please be aware that passes are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
