Service Description

Prepare to be amazed every time you step into our combo class! Experience the exhilaration of a full-body strength session, utilizing a variety of equipment including body weight exercises, kettlebells, bands, TRX and blocks. Each class promises a unique and exciting challenge, but one thing remains constant - an enjoyable and sweat-inducing strength workout that will leave you feeling accomplished! All levels welcome!

Cancellation Policy

All of our individual classes can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. We completely understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances occour that may require you to cancel a class later or no-show. We are flexible and understanding of these situations; please email us at jessy@thesweatproject.ca If you have signed up for and paid for a multi week series of classes, there is no refund for any classes you miss. Cancellations made outside of our 24 hours cancellation window: Drop In - If you cancel within 24 hours you will forfeit your payment, cash & email transfers, you will owe the sum of the class. 10 Packs - One class will be deducted from your package.
