About

Join our mom's class for physical and mental health. Connect with other moms while moving intentionally and practicing mindful breathing. All moms and their little ones are welcome, with activities for babies, toddlers, and big kids. Strengthen your body, improve mobility, and set personal goals in a supportive environment. Afterwards, kids enjoy dance, yoga, and play with positive affirmations promoting movement, self-talk, and breath.
